  Commuting hassle, no hope ever

  I hv been to this condo few times. Houses are big but commuting is a big hassle with no bus stop nearby. Residents are at the mercy of condo shuttle. No wonder prices are way lower than even smaller condos nearby. Don’t think residents will ever be blessed with a bus stop in vicinity.

  Sprawling open space

  We love living here. Large units, open wide spaces and good facilities. The shuttle is regular and markets and amenities easily accessible .

  Living in Elias Green

  Been here exactly 1yr. The reason for buying the current unit is because of it's size. I have 3 teenagers & the rooms suits them we'll apart from our MB. I can't find a bigger size condo around this area. Noise from TPE is not like that bad even though my kitchen & dining is facing it. If you close the windows it will shut at least 90% of the noise. Like the atmosphere in the evening where the place is very peaceful.

  Is it worth it?

  I stayed at Elias for a year. Likes 1) My unit is windy and bright though it is always the same for other units. 2) Good sized rooms 3) Loved the kitchen compared to the current new apts. 4) Friendly residents Dislikes 1) Poor finishes and building is old. Had no water twice when I was there. Certain blocks has black outs. 2) Very cut away. Yes, they have their own shuttle bus but it is good only getting out, getting in is a pain as shuttle comes only once every hour. The public bus is a 30 mins wait during off peak and you have to walk in. 3) Noise. Very noisy, I have to close the windows whenever I have guests to hear them talk. In 2005, Elias was selling at $480K, now, the price had almost doubled! Is it becos of the property market? My personal thot is that it is artificially inflated due to a spill over from buyers from Livia, Oasis and NV. So if you are looking to buy, know your facts and pay the correct price.

  Getting old and tired!

  I rented this condo for a year.. Very bright and windy.. but there are issue with TPE noise if unit is close to it. Also its getting old ..swimming pool starting to show ageing.. But its nice as there are lot of families staying..not the typical condo full of bachelors and noise.. Transportation is an issue as no public transport near it. Owining car is a must. But remaining lease will be an issue with decide to buy. Pity that lease is small else its good place to stay for family.

  Spacious living

  Where can we find a project that all the bedrooms come with attach bathrooms, including the common bedrooms.

  Excellent Investment Opportunity-Elias Green

  An excellent investment opportunity which is hard to find nowadays. Well-maintained facilities and environment with free shuttle bus services. Big units which can be hardly found. Same other location condos are selling about $800 psf, and this is still selling at $500 plus!
