  Dilapidated building in need of repair

  We recently moved out of Elizabeth Heights. Spacious living room, but that’s where the pros end. After several years of toilet and shower leaks, wall damage, sewage leaks into our space, cockroaches, thin walls where you hear your upper neighbors’ every move, broken down elevators, never cleaned public walkways / floors, we called it quits. The gym was decent , pool was ok (old chairs ). Tennis court not maintained. Interior was so bad we spent our own money to install new suitable lights, minor bathroom aesthetics. Management not helpful nor responsive to our needs or emails.

  Condo living

  Old large building

  Its an old majestic building from another era. The age helped the size of apartment but didnt help with electrics breaking down, endless cockroaches coming out of the trash shoot in the kitchen and seeing rats at the bins. Nice pool and garden. Continual lift problems probably due to the age i guess. Needs total revamping but close to main roads.

  Outdated Condo

  We recently vacated this condominium due to various reasons, one of which is the presence of a nearby construction site that generates excessive noise. Despite the convenient location, it is highly unsuitable for families with children due to the low balustrades, posing a safety risk. Furthermore, there have been instances of neighbors, including those with children, getting trapped in the elevator. Additionally, the squash court has been closed for nearly a year without any effort made to repair the ceiling and floor. The pool area is equipped with old and broken chairs. Moreover, the maintenance and repair services are extremely slow, leading to a disappointing overall experience. It is truly regrettable.

  Old condo but decent space

  The Condo has space but is in need of a serious makeover. Squash court not fixed in 12 months, pool furniture old and ripped in places. Old lifts malfunctioning which can be scary. Noisy dogs and construction next door. Good condo for students and flatshare for young people considering the 40 year old decor .
