  Peaceful Area

  Excellent location in the east right behind the MRT station . 8 minute walk to east coast park . Very nice swimming pool with a gorgeous and beautiful swimming pool and a nice chairman

  Refreshed with the new Siglap MRT

  The estate is big, and the units are sensible for its era, if you can deal with the bay windows. However, the estate has a new lease of life with the newly opened Siglap MRT, imbuing the development with unprecedented convenience and still enjoy the tranquility of the private estate. Many other amenities require a good walk though.

  small small rooms

  Units are 'big' but the rooms are built too small with bay windows snaking all over. Not worth my buck paying for so much to get such a small room. Project is quiet but feels a tad lifeless.
