Secret well-maintained small boutique condo
Been living here for 13 years, this place is extremely peaceful and clean. Transportation is not exactly very convenient unless you drive, but there is bus 173 to Clementi MRT. Walking distance to nearest Beauty World MRT is about 10min. As for the price, it is somehow much cheaper than the other units around the area if you are looking for a freehold unit. Have 2 sizes, 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom. Living room is definitely very spacious but laundry area is pretty small. Room size is reasonable but a little bit squeezy for master bedroom after putting cabinets. Current property management is very active as the MC are all residents and closely knitted. -
