The building itself was finished in 2010 but feels like a 1970's construction as far as build quality and design/layout go. The pool is as big as it can be for the lot size but is often littered with all sorts of trash, bugs and leaves, the pool area also lacks furniture so sun lounging is out.
Access to the building along Lorong K is very tight and leads to a dead end, with cars parked along one side you'll be pulling your hair out when coming home clashes with people leaving the temple and Mosque.
On that note, the temple and a mosque are directly next door to the condo and they are loud. You will be woken up early, no sugar coating it.
The condo is a good 20 minute walk to get to Kembangan MRT, which in Singapore's humidity is a killer, adding to that it's another 30 mins on the tube to get anywhere central, so don't live here if city living is your thing. Another issue is that a lot of cabbies won't take you here at the end of the night as they don't want to go so far out from the central area.
The area itself is fine but dull, not much going on, easy access to east coast park if you like to cycle. I can't really give any stars or any recommendations as it just didn't tick any boxes for me.

Squeezy Development
The location of the development is not desirable. It is located next to a Chinese temple and a mosque along Lor K Telok Kurau. For units facing the Chinese temple and mosque, it will be noisy. The small road leading to the development will be congested during festive seasons and Fridays. The saving grace will be the development's proximity to the Siglap park connector as well as bus stops.

Espira Residence
I shifted into Espira Residence last year. What a place!!! Chinese temple and Muslim Mosque just right beside the apartment. Especially the pathetic small lane roads leading to the apartment is getting on my nerves, you can see cars parking along one side, just imagine that you have to WAIT/give way(sharing one lane) to cars which driving another direction before you can drive in. Condo Facilties is extremely lousy, till now the lamp has not installed on the main gate entrance, still can see cable is dangling there. Swimming is a nightmare, you can cigrattes, plastic bag and chips all over the places. Touch up work is still pending, poor design on the roof top, when it rains, the water will get in to the staircase accessing to the roof top, those who stay there will know what I mean. I guess two years time, will predict how does the building will look like by then. Hope I can get rid my unit asap and will pay more attention for future purchase. What is the managing agent doing?
It is definitely not worth buying…check out some reviews from the sellers under the same developer around the same area.

new home
will not recommend to friends and relatives, many problems after moving in and rectification works are slow, bringing inconveniences.
