  Only good location but bad quality

  Condo Esta Ruby in Singapore boasts a great location on Guillemard Road. It's close to dining, entertainment, and public transport. However, the condo disappoints in various ways. The promised facilities, like a BBQ pit, gym, and playground, are either inaccessible or missing. The gate system is inconvenient, as delivery people must leave their vehicles to get in, and security seems lacking. Maintenance problems, like non-functional doorbells and broken lights, linger without fixes. The condo also struggles with a persistent mosquito problem. The management's responsiveness to resident concerns is lacking. In summary, while the location is excellent, Condo Esta Ruby needs significant improvements in its amenities, security, and overall management to provide a better living experience.

  where tourists stay

  Accessibility is very good. It is hard to come by taxi The own place can be exposed by elevator repairman easily without any notice beforehand due to lack of security

  It must have very poor young securities and visitors are always uncomfortable when they come to the condo because of opposite doorball

  It's fine from night to early in the morning but the entrance's a bell is always an inconvenience when visitors come in because of the doorbell opposite

  potential noise n chaos

  not a place for own stay but investment for sure...the next 3-5 years would be unbearable with constructions all over...old lion city hotel site along with other potential enbloc at city plaza and some older apartments ard it...literal surround sound effect...
