  Poorly managed exterior

  Found the facade warping and run down. Water seepage on walls and water pounding on the common area. The estate could be better kept. Otherwise great place.

  Este Villa

  Have seen so many condos and cluster housing, and fell in love with Este Villa when i visited the place. Tranquil, peaceful and well maintained, nestled within landed property estate. Nothing to dislike apart from not within walking distance to MRT, however with the shuttle van to and from AMK and YCK mrt stations, it helps to improve the accessibility.
