  Facilities are well-maintained

  Despite it being a condo from the 90s, the facilities have scheduled maintenance to keep them going strong. Mgmt is doing a good job

  Slippery tiles at swimming pool

  My aunt almost slip and fell once at the edge of the pool because the floor tiles were so slippery. Be careful if you are going for a swim

  Good for families - primary school and hawker

  Was our home before we moved recently.I would say it's rather convenient because I can send my boy to the primary school behind before walking to the hawker centre about 15 min away to get groceries
