  Decent facilities in a quiet and serene neighborhood. Prices are rather fair at about $1000-$1200psf

  Home Sweet Home

  Absolutely home paradise to me. I have stayed here for more than 3 years love it to the max.The elevated and very private woodleigh close road gives me a feeling of living in a very exclusive area. When Jones Lang lasalle proposed to enbloc because of its great redevelopment potential with plot ratio of 2.8, can build up to 36 storey, big land size and few units, thank god it did not materialise in the end due to the lukewarm response from the residents. It's freehold and spacious, unlike the neighbourhood condos so congested. With woodleight mrt, stamford america international school nearby and government going to developed the bidadari into a new housing estate, this home sweet home is getting better and better everyday for me!

  Not quite right

  This development looks odd because it has a plot ratio of 2.8 but the development is low rise thus the flats are very congested and close to each other. The land might have height restriction or the developer would not have built a low rise with high plot ratio.

  Nice ambience

  I just rented a unit here. Like the exclusive, quiet living on elevated ground away from main road(Upper Serangoon road). Good location as its located in city-fringe and walking distance to MRT station. Spacious common areas and offers a nice,comfortable ambience that is hard to come by these days in the newer condos. Too bad I can't afford to buy one unit here.
