  Convenient location

  Minimal facilities but location is convenient. Some units have good layout.

  No Privacy

  Units are facing each other, with no privacy. The curtains need to be drawn day & night else all activities in the living room are in full view.

  Quiet Resort Living

  Been living here since TOP. Nice quiet environment,friendly neighbours, convenient to amenities, exclusive feel. Great price for freehold development.Potential for future enbloc!

  Evania

  Nice cosy units wuth great sizeable rooms. Layout is great for specific units. The maintenance fee per month is unusually high and if a family owns a second vehicle, MCST will impose an additional charge of S$100.Parking lots are incredibly scarce in this development. For facilities, pool is normal size, nothing to shout about. It has a mini bbq pit with open terrace (not suted for rainy seasons). The gym has only one cycling machine and a threadmill in a tiny box.
