  Quaint Apartments: charming on the inside and

  Drove by here many times and did not think much about it. Once inside, it's a different world. Quiet, very nicely maintained for its age and a sense of pride in upkeeping. Apartments are huge and well ventilated with lifts and assigned carpark lots. Can feel a sense of responsibility by MA and MCST (residents i believe). Most units seem to have 2 entrances too (one from living room and another from kitchen) They no longer build apartments now like they used to for Flora East. Would recommend this for large families who seek peace and quiet yet near amenities in the Joo Chiat heritage enclave.

  Lousy place to stay

  Very noisy as traffic could be heavy in the mornings and evenings. The coffee shop beside the condo gave you free smell as well as noise.
