Pros: large units, spacious balcony, suitable for families, close to dover mrt. Cons: old and dated condo, worn out facilities, lack of recreational amenities nearby -

Fontana Heights
Lower floor units of this 24 storeys high condo enjoy huge balconies, about 30 years old but still look very well kept -

Fontana Heights and Lows
Pros: Great location in a lovely quiet expatty area Very spacious properties (3,500 sq ft each unit) Amazing views from the high floors Condo looks very good from outside Good childrens' playground Nice ambience - mix of locals as well as expats from across the world, and no obvious hostility between groups Cons: Very dated - some condos have been upgraded but common areas lack prestige compared to similar priced blocks Slow lifts whcih break down on a far too frequent basis (these can be very noisy and even wake up some residents in the night) Not enough car parking Pool doesn't get much sun (brrrr) No BBQ pits Important note: We have just been informed that there will be some upgrading to common parts towards end of 2010. Starting February 2011 extensive reonvation of the lifts commences. There are only 2 lifts servicing 50 properties so expect significant inconvenience whilst each lift is out of order for an extended period. -
