  Pleasant environment, convenient, without the

  Forestville offers a great living experience with a blend of comfort and convenience. The estate has plenty of amenities, including a swimming pools, fully-equipped gym, and enough green spaces for relaxation/jogs/walks etc. Its location is a good balance between peaceful living and easy access to key areas such as shopping centers, schools, and going Johor. The surroundings (Sheng Siong, foodcourts, clinics) make it an ideal choice for families.

  My family likes to meet at my aunt's house here for gatherings and barbecue dinners. It's well-maintained and clean

  One of the better Condo in Woodland district

  Condo is clean , and garden are well attended to weekly . Gym is well-equipped although its still close due to Covid. Friendly neighbours and supportive security is impt .

  Forestville is among a handful of condos that is being developed on the stretch of land near Woodlands avenue 12. It is not too close to the nearest MRT (Woodlands) but it is has decent proximity
