  Bang for your buck at the current market. Surrounding properties East Signature >1000 psf for std units & 700 psf for penthouses Elliot at East Coast >1000 psf for std units & 800 psf for penthouses East Bay >1100-1200 psf for std units

  Overall Review after viewing

  Best unit of all are the penthouse cos it's very decent in term of size and shape wise think that the right hand corner unit is the best. But it's with west sun if those people don't mind can buy. But not me !!! Lastly, all the penthouse price reasonable ... Still can built another room up there !!!
