  You’ll love it here

  I’ve seen this lovely area transform from a sleepy shophouse cluster, remembering the smells of Rocky’s Pizza and visiting Actus. It has transformed into this cosy hidden gem. A real treat with close proximity to Colds storage, a park connector and a 50m lap pool. Residents here live for a very long time, and the reason is they can’t find another development with such a lovely combination of quietness and accessibility

  Lovely and well located

  Every unit has a private lift, making going home such a pleasure. With just the right number of units, this condo is not too crowded. Good size for every unit with a sole 1 bedder unit. This is a rare feature as many newer developments have 1 bedders which makes the resident mix more transitional. 50 meters lap pool is also hard to find these days

  A Hidden Gem

  I have lived here with my family since 2003. It is located in a nice and quiet residential area, yet with easy access to AYE and PIE via Clementi Rd. The Clementi MRT station is 15min walk away. There's also a feeder bus service. Many good schools are nearby in Bukit Timah and Clementi area. For shopping and eating out, we go to the Cold Storage next door or the Sunset Way good & market centre, Orchard Rd, Clementi or Jurong East. With fewer than 150 units, the common area is spacious & facilities under-utulised. The Condo is also well maintained by the MCST. I enjoy jogging along the Ulu Panda river behind the Condo or in the Sunset Way park. Seeing is believing. It's 5 star for this Condo.

  Great location: close to amenities, yet quiet

  This is a great condo, a real gem in the quiet Sunset estate. It's next to a long park connector and running path, and close to various amenities in the HDB estate. The 50 meter pool is a real luxury.

  Many units feature a lot of outdoor spaces. Ground floor units have large patios while penthouse units have very sizeable rooftop terraces. Nearby amenities include Cold Storage supermarket and Sunset

  Carpark not enough

  A good size. Condo unfortunately the penthouses have too much of outdoor uncovered roof terrace in the floor are not really live in space. Moreover there is a shortage of car parking space resulting in owners as well as visitors cars parking along the main road sunset way causing obstruction. BCD should have insisted developer provided for more car park space!

  Wonderful Condo

  Lovely condo, not too small a development and too large. Excellent condition, well maintained, lovely gardens, fantastic poo, and excellent amenenities close by such as cold storage and many other types of shops, doctors etc

  Excellent Condo, a hidden Gem.

  Really nice quiet Condo, next door to cold storage and 2 minutes to Hawker. An excellent place for children to play safely, would recommend to westerners and expats. Feeder bus to Clementi MRT and good bus routes.

  no sound prove construction

  we live at the ground floor, this condo have no sound prove, the condition is worse then HDB, you can here base like foot stepping, furniture dragging, kids running and jumping all day long in this condo.
