  Strongly don't recommend it

  Unit are very big but old. Even if the unit is renovated the structure is from 1980 resulting to frequent in wall pipe burst and leaking. Think being flooded 5 times in a year from different units. Management is hell to deal with. Mostly they don't bother addressing any issue whatsoever. Management company has changed every 3 months.

  Stay away

  The unit are big but the building is from 1980. Pipes and infrastructure often break and flood the units. Think we have been flooded 5 times for 2 years. Management is hell to deal with. One word for it- useless. For a year they change the management company 3 times. Stay away from this place unless you want to live in hell.
