so many plus points for Gems Ville. let's look at some of the winning factors. - facilities: Garden, Yoga Deck, Swimming Pool, Gym, BBQ - boutique but ample! - exclusivity: 24 residential units across a single seven-storey tower block in 1-3 BR config. means no need to bump into a lot of neighbours and enjoy private living for diff types of households. - unit design: high ceilings to maximise the flow of sunlight and promote natural ventilation. no need to waste electricity and enjoy the benefit of natural sunlight and wind, not stuffy. - location is also central, with 2 MRT stations (or more, if you like to walk) nearby! -
