  Glasgow Residences in Hougang is actually located on a hill and is at least a 20min walk to the nearest MRT station and supermarket. not recommended if you have young children, the leg workout will become full body workout unless you drive. peaceful location though.

  so cosy home in Glasgow

  when I tell my friends I live in Glasgow, they are abit stunned. here is the Glasgow of Hougang, a cosy home in a nice property although it is over 10 years old. What I like is its deep inside residential area, nobody disturbs me. doesn't bother me because i grabfood my meals anyway. just enjoying the comfort residency.

  underrated rental property

  unlock the potential of Glasgow Residences, a 999 yr leasehold property at great price of below $600k. the locale is tranquil, and very residential neighbourhood with schools and amenities around. you may not know but there's feeder bus quite near, and actually drive to town centre is 20min. residents also enjoy their own facilities like bbq pit, fitness corner, swimming pool and playground and wading pool for kids. good to rent out to small family, can earn the upside.

  Decent facilities for a 41 unit development.

  Decent facilities for a 41 unit development. Higher units enjoy unobstructed views of the landed enclave. Investors looking for a sub $600,000 investment property for rental returns
