5 minutes away from Lorong Chuan MRT station, high tech industrial park for tenant pool and ready access to CTE plus proximity to Serangoon Gardens amenities should go very wrong. -

Old condo but cozy spacious units with huge p
Lived here for 10 years & loved it. New Tech Park next door with its satellite dishes (NEA has clarified they are safe btw) has moved & will be replaced with a shopping mall. Great convenience!! -

Excellent condo
I have searched high and low everywhere in Singapore for almost every month for over two years, and I have not found anything that comes close to this superb condo for its price range. Just a beautiful condo with resort like landscaping. Everyday I come from home, I feel like holidaying. All the stacks are well designed with nothing facing direct west sun. There is always something that offsets any potential shortcoming for an overall well balanced outcome. Those viewing the street has a beautiful night view, those viewing the pool has a calming view. Units have a study room, maid room, squarish layout, and ample space. Opposite MRT in the center of Singapore and freehold. Close to fabulous schools. Classy finishing. The swimming pool is just gorgeous. Lush foliage. Just fantastic. I am a fussy person and have almost given up but lucky I found this. The only problem is that it is hard to find any unit because most people buy to stay. I am still young but I pinch myself that I have already found my retirement unit. -

Really, ESPN satellite dishes?
Seriously, no amount of health should be compromised, no matter how under valued this condo is. There are still many gems undiscovered in Singapore that are away from harmful satellite dishes. Think along Bukit Timah stretch. Their PSF will peak in 3 years' time. Be wise & choose carefully. Wealth or Health? PS: I checked out NEX yesterday. Wow it is a killer mall. Car parks are almost possible to get in the evening or weekends. Even nearby HDB car parks are packed. People are everywhere, elbowing each other. -

Near MRT and Freehold
I think this place is currently undervalued. Its freehold and just across from the Lor Chuan MRT. The last transacted price is a steal. -

Radiation and noise
I am concerned about the production facilities of ESPN nearby with a number of large satellite dishes. I have viewed some units but most are with a view of the satellite dishes and/or noisy because of either lor chuan or amk ave 1 traffic. I read a lot about the high radiation especially after the Japan incident so am very concerned -

Investment as good as GOLD
This condo is really a beautiful with nice landscaping and good maintenance. Located in landed enclaves, serene and quiet. Yet convenient with MRT at doorstep and expressway. Australia international school is just beside. Where to find? -

Freehold near MRT station
It's conveniently located with MRT nearby. Psf reasonable given its freehold status though big unit sizes make it less affordable. Units are spacious with no huge balcony and bay window. -

Not worth the price
The asking prices are far too high. Not to forget, this place is near the ESPN satellite dishes and radiation might be harmful. Also someone actually was sucked into the wave pool before -
