rare luxury of space on prime land
Gramercy Park is indeed a rare freehold property! although it is in D10, super prime area, it has spacious apartments and a huge site of 170,000 sq ft, which gives the residents ample room and privacy (they have private lifts). views and natural light are good too, with full-length glass windows in the living and dining areas, great esp if you're on the high floors, each apartment also has its own a balcony, and although there's a lot of window, you have high-performance double-glazed glass to minimise heat gain while maximising views. -

full condo facilities
Full luxury condo facilities at Gramercy Park, including pools for kids and adults, jacuzzi, hydro spa, club house, gym, tennis courts, bbq, playground, fitness, gardens etc. you can also enjoy the high end shopping that is Orchard Road, just a stone's thrrow away from this grange road address. good. going to Botanic Gardens and even Gleneagles Hosp is also convenient, even Orchard MRT station is walking distance and bus stop outside the condo. -
