Grand Dunman has a grand location!
oh gosh, Dakota MRT with an amazing hawker centre. and also so close to sports hub. Short bus or mrt ride to city centre and similarly a short ride to joo chiat - convenient travelling. Anticipating 2028 for this to be ready! -

Accessible to MRT, eateries, top schools and the condo itself looks grand with well planned livable spaces with greenery and a full suite of condo facilities. great for just about anyone, families, singles, couples. -

Green Score for Grand Dunman
I’m usually not a big fan of anything mega as it means a lot of energy consumption by all the occupants and even in its construction. However, with Grand Dunman, I’m rather impressed as despite it housing 1,008 families in the future, its proximity (one of the closest developments to an MRT station currently) to public transport including a highly connected bus network, as well as easy accessibility to other amenities (lots of good food in the east) really helps to elevate its environmentally friendly factor. Having also read about the ceiling fan in the living/dining area for all units in various Grand Dunman reviews in the, also applauds the developers, SingHaiyi Group Pte Ltd & CSC Land Group, for their foresight and push to encourage a more sustainable home for our future generations. -
