  Avoid Far East

  We have lived in the Condo 18 months. While it provides a large amount of space, the lack of amenities, and poor condition of those that do exist is very frustrating. The sauna is permanently not working (it has never worked), the intercom has broken twice in 4 months, the first time for over a month and the second time for 2 weeks so far. No urgency to fix this at all, and the guards certainly do not care or tell the delivery people. They keep using the buzzer while the guards ignore them, snoozing in their chair. The security gate often doesn't work also, and the only bike in the gym has been broken 9 months so far. We've also had flooding from the plumbing 3 times, which the plumbers just put down to the age of the building. The building is in complete disrepair and Far East are clearly avoiding all investment to just milk the property for cash flow. AVOID!!
