  Suitable for expats

  There are a few embassies nearby eg China and USA embassy. Ministry of foreign affairs is also in the area. I suppose the security of this area is enhanced. Tanglin mall is across the street too if you need to grab anything or do some shopping

  Prestigious development by wheelock with rather uniform approx 2800 sf size for most of not all units. Surrounded by Greeneries and Tanglin road amenities
