Family-friendly and exceptional service

The security guards and front desk service were top-notch. Always friendly and approachable, they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Living there with our 3 young kids was a breeze—can you believe their apartment fit all five of us comfortably? Plenty of space, not cramped at all

Relatively clean and comfortable

The housekeeping team did an okay job, though they didn't tidy up the room as thoroughly as we hoped. Still, they kept the place and toilet generally clean, so no big complaints from us
