  Quiet and peaceful apartment block

  600k + for one bedder, and it's freehold. Nuff said. Quality is decent for a basic apartment block, with a pool deck on level 4. Unblocked views due to the plot location sandwiched between haig court.

  Location! View ! Convinence!

  Haig 162 is relatively a new FH development which is located right inbetween Marine Parade & Katong area. 112 Katong, Katong V, Katong shopping centre are all at walking distance. Eateries at Tanjong Katong road is right next road. TK Primary Sch, Sec School, Girls school, Canadian Intl School, Chatworths are all within 300m radius of the condo. Though mostly smaller units, the high rise design with unblock city / Marina Bay / CBD views is quite refreshing. 50m lap pool at level 4 is quite sufficient for resident needs. The upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT will be around 700 to 800m distance of the condo. Its one of the very few condos in MP/Katong area with good rental yield. Will appreciate over time given the location and amenties around. Value for money in the current market.

  Good location and amenities

  Basic no frills apartment with pool deck and small gym. Great location in heart of katong. All units have good and unblocked views. Not near any main roads or flyovers, very nice and quiet at night. Near enough to dakota MRT and upcoming Amber MRT (700m away)

  Right Location- City Fringe,Near Dakota MRT,Walking Distance to Hawker. Right Investment- Low Quantum, High Yield Return.
