  Quiet development originally built in with a vacuum cleaner! small development on a small piece of land but nonetheless great location near to Orchard and business district

  Good value for great location

  At below 1000psf is the best value buy for investment and own stay. Huge master bed room with great view and high ceiling. Low density and good management.

  Affordable Luxury

  I agree with other reviewer Isabel but a lot has changed in the last year that I have stayed here. A brand new childrens playground, a face lifted aircon lift lobby, a sophisticated security system and a renovated pool filtration. Plans to resurface driveway, basement storage and facelift the garden is on the cards. Great cosy quiet living

  unbeatable location! MIss it...

  I have been staying in Singapore for the last 3 years. I rented Harvest Mansions for 2 years when I first arrived here and love it. The location is great! Orchard Rd is less than 10 mins away, and you can't believe that there is even a free feeder bus to Orchard Road and City Hall from Great World City mall which is a 5 mins walk from the apartment. There are plenty of foreign imported labels from the Cold Storage there, and plenty of cafes and food choices near the condo. The train station is a short walk which takes less than 10 mins. Awesome location. I moved to a Bukit Timah condo to save rental costs and am locked in for my rental here. I really miss the convenience of Harvest Mansions.

  Rundown exteriors, lousy facilities

  Im a new tenant, moving out soon. Cracked driveway, collapsed BBQ pits, dinghy pool, soggy putting green equates to no life here. I would not recommend here to anyone unless all you do is sleep and work. Hard to get cabs too, especially at night
