  Decent facilities

  Despite the age of the condo, the facilities are clean and functioning. Sure, nothing fancy about the facilities but at least the management is doing a good job in maintaining them for the residents

  Pros and cons stated

  The pros: very convenient location, near to shopping malls in town, hospital, great accessibility to and from other areas in sg The cons: traffic congestion esp during peak hours, take longer time to reach home or go out with private transport, noisy at night, old condo with limited amenities, higher cost of living than usual.

  Centralised location

  Lived here when I was younger and it was very memorable in all the good ways. You are just walking distance to the malls, you can easily run errands because everything is available around you. Meeting up with friends was easy too because of the centralised location.
