Love the greenery and the location is only short walk to centerpoint shopping mall , eateries just a short walk . The bedrooms are decent size -

Perfect living for small family , working adult . Lots of greenery . Superb location in the heart of orchard . 5 min walk to mrt cutting through the basement of centerpoint -

Pretty Bad condo
This condo has poor facility you cannot even relax around the pool as there is no space (stuck between 2 blocks and a wall). If your unit is on or below the 3rd floor you will need the light on 24×7. The average humidity level of the condo I stayed was 82%. -
