  Pleasant and peaceful environment

  Units have spacious living room but bedrooms a bit small and there isn’t a store room. Visited a couple of times, noted lift lobbies not very clean and faulty lift lights not replaced for a long time. There’s only a swimming pool. Generally not well maintained. Noted compound is relatively dark as boundary lights not working.

  A good community

  It is a peaceful community. You will need a car or bicycle to get by. The interior layout is traditional and spacious, no weird twist, turn, or designs. Building is a bit old, but definitely cheaper than market rate. There are a lot of family with children living here. So at night it's relatively quiet.

  Bylaws so strict

  Renovation work only allowed to do strictly from Mon - Fri - 09:00am to 5:00 pm. Stricter than the NEA noise regulations. Strictly park one car only and visitor vehicle had to leave before midnight.
