  A diverse community with nice water facilitie

  Hillsta attracted me because of the thoughtful multiple pools nicely integrated, nestled in the quiet Phoenix Park subdivision and greenery. I was pleased with the diversity of the community, efforts by many to be friendly. The management office has always endeavored to be responsive and helpful. It is centrally located to bus and MRT lines.

  Not well-lit at night

  From what I rmb, it was very dark at night around the condo. It wasnt well-lit and I almost tripped while getting out of the condo. Can be v dangerous for young kids or elderly. Maybe they could have installed more lights or maybe they have already done so, idk

  Problematic card sensor

  My partner always complains of the card sensor when tapping card to enter the condo. Other that that, no complains - staff and neighbours are friendly, facilities are well maintained
