The units here are quite compact, not really suitable for bigger families. I'm not sure if there's a gym in the development, but I know there's a 24/7 Anytime Fitness downstairs that's open to the public. Honestly, if you're staying in a condo but without your own gym and having to pay for one that's shared with the public, that's quite a pity

Weigh pros and cons before making decision
Consider carefully before moving in: The good stuff includes retail shops, supermarket, and restaurants right downstairs, plus open spaces for walking your dogs, and an MRT nearby. On the flip side, despite the MRT, it's kinda out of the way, carpark design not so good, and not many other amenities nearby

Hidden gem
We used to live there and there are great food options (the italian restaurant is uh-mazinggg) and supermarket has stuff that is hard to find elsewhere. Cons that it is a little out of the way, but overall still a hidden gem
