  Serene, spacious, cosy

  Surrounded by greenery and serenity. It's quiet, yet well connected via buses and Hillview MRT (underground). Great for people that need a quiet place to relax after a day's work, or to study.

  Lovely mid sized FH condo @ LH price

  188 units FH condo, undervalued for its location and potential. LH condo in front already launched at 1500psf. within 5 min walk to DT3 Hillview MRT. Area is rejuvenating, nice upmarket feel here.

  Hilly and Breezy

  Love my apartment, layout is excellent with flow of interaction between living and dining. The condo is very well maintained with lovely landscaping and plants, even have a herbal plot of basil, , curry leaves, limes etc for the gourmet cook. Oh the air quality is superbly good as it is surrounded by Dairy Farm Nature Reserve, Bukit Timah Hill and Gombak Nature Reserve ...you hardly need the airconditioning. The 2 blocks of apartments are architecturally arranged to capture the flow of natural wind. The units are private...only 2 door-to-door units on each level. Really enjoy staying here in this freehold estate full of countryside charm and yet not far away from amenities at the Railmall, Westmall and Junction Ten. With the MRT coming up in 2015 and more amenities in upcoming HillV2, there is much growth potential in this freehold condo. No I am staying put and looking forward to more vibrancy in the years ahead.
