  It's proximity to Hillview MRT station is actually hard not to notice but somehow, this condo tends to miss the radar of many buyers/tenants.

  Quiet and Nice

  Me and My hubby have been searching for a bigger property to house 7 of us since months ago. When we 1st saw this property,we didnt like it as its a small development, small pool and the layout of the house is abit odd. When we are about to give up Hillview, a new unit came up for sales. We thot of giving it another chance so we went to view the house. We fell in love the moment we stepped into the house. The layout was so different from the 1st unit we saw. The size is good, big master bedroom which I cam place a king size bed with a massage chair and there are still ample rooms for walking. The size of all the bedroom are great as compared to others. We have now stayed here for about 2months and we love this place. Not crowded at the pool, nice size function room, good size gym .. Most of the unit faces the pool.. the only downside is the construction infront. Luckily, it is coming to an end so it bearable. Overall, we love this place.

  Saw it. How can anyone tolerate living next to a big construction and opposite another factory likely to be torn down!

  Nice and worth investment

  Brought a unit here recently after viewing many other developements around ,this place is quiet with nice well taken care environment ,with only 97 units with full condo facilities and all with right sizes compared to many other s around hillview either too small a pool with no scape,no gym ,no tennis court or playground,the best part is that this development only cater to 97 units and no need to share with few hundreds other units residents that will be chaotic especially weekends would be noisy n crowded with outsiders like friends and relatives.Price here is definitely so much worth at below 900psf and beside the Lanai that selled at 1250 psf thou its new.Mrt is otw to complete in 2015.

  Tranquility & Peace.. Almost Perfect!

  We have been "home-shopping" in the Hillview Area for the last 2 weekends. Hillview Residence is a Gem yet to be discovered by many. It can be easily missed amongst all the other more popular developments there. A small development but yet well-contained. Sitting by the pool, u get a constant breeze which makes one feel like u are at some hillside resort. The peace & tranquility around the development makes it a place that one can call this place their "Sanctuary" Despite it being away from amenities, there is a shuttle bus can solves that problem. We have made a decision to make Hillview Residence our New home! and I can't be more excited!!!
