  Horrible

  The floor concrete slab is very thin. So walking sounds of your upstairs' neighbours can hear 24 hours. It is very irritating and disturbing. If you have children and big family, your downstair neighbour will complain about your walking step noise even in the daytime. Conversation sounds from your downstairs and upstairs neighbours all can here too. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet, don't rent this place. We moved out very quickly.

  Noise travels

  While it is an old building, every bit of noise from your neighbours can be heard. Condo management also don’t follow BCA rules on how many people are allowed in a pool and apply a much smaller cap of only 5 people and no visitors. Neighbourhood is great.

  Owned an apartment and lived in this condo for 8+ years. Excellent location, great quality finishes and clever 4 bedroom layout. Quiet city center living opposite the Malaysian High Commission.
