  Very nice and cost place to live in with the parks nearby. Friendly estate manager and good facilities. Seems like it is potential en bloc - no wonder hard to find a unit that is selling!

  One of the best value for money cluster housing with transactions of $1.8m to $2.0m. Resort feel within this development.

  Horizon Gardens

  This project is an excellent choice if you are looking for a good size home, well maintained facilities, open space and airy. It is like a resort. The layout is very much functional and efficient. there are mainly two types of layouts, 1. Basement with guest room + 1st floor kitchen has two doors, one to dining area and the other to yard area 2. Basement no guest room + 1st floor kitchen only one door to dining area. other parts are more or lessly the same, basement: two carpark lots, powder room + maid's room with attached + family area 1st floor: dining, kitchen, living 2nd floor: master + two common room + common bath 3rd floor: two common room + common bath some residents has convert the two common rooms at level two into one big room, and 3rd floor into a huge master room. Maintenance here is very reasonable, currently around $360 per month for typical units (July 2015). Developer is Allgreen.

  Horizon Gardens

  Good location for living - quiet and peaceful. Future Downtown MRT line is a plus for accessibility. Facilities are generally ok with the units depending on how well the owner kept it. Value for money given the psf and location.

  Survey BF Commiting

  Horizon Garden is a nice estate to stay in especially for big family w children. But paying anything more then 2m is somehow ??? Should also check out The Poets brand new w comparable pr or FH units in the vicinity before commiting. Just a penny of my thoughts:) HAPPY SELLING & BUYING!!
