  Single block 90 unit condo and has fairly facilities. Recent transaction of a 3 bedder at $770,000 looks fairly attractive.

  Nice and Cozy place

  I stayed here for over 6 years now, to me it's a great experience. You get more than what you pay for, no more noise as neighbor building constructions are done. Agile security and maintenance staff, enjoy resort style living at your home.

  NOISY AND OPP MENTAL HOSPITAL

  From my experience, it's very noisy because next to main road, sometimes have 'strip' shows opp at mental hospital also. Small pool but no gym, no tennis court, only have small mall but because next to mental hospital, you will see 'funny' people. Well, if you like this experience, you are most welcome to enjoy your stay.

  Good condo,great layout design, unblock view

  Good condo,great layout design, unblock view Very bright and unblock view of each unit, with more than 180 degree full glass windows High floor units even can see the City Building directly A long jogging path nearby for exercise as well Together with the good location with bus, MRT, shopping Mall nearby, it is very good choice

  Many amenities and short walk to MRT

  Great place to live long/short term! Plenty of shops & eating outlets at your doorsteps, ie, Giant, Pizza Hut, Taiwanese/Western cruisine, etc.. A short 700 metres walk to Buangkok MRT. Heard there's an Aerospace facility & Sengkang General Hospital coming up nearby soon.
