  One month of bliss

  I moved into my apartment at Hundred Palms Residences just a month ago. It’s a beautiful development with plenty of community spaces and entertainment zones. My four-bedroom unit has the right amount of space for our growing family, and the interior is so tastefully done that I don’t think I would ever want to spend time in a luxury hotel. I also like the locality, with NEX mall, the Serangoon and Hougang MRT stations, and Punggol Park near me.

  Perfect location, awesome facilities

  I am really impressed with the project plan of Hundred Palms Residences. The developer has put in the extra effort to create numerous recreational spaces between the blocks, be it the number of decks around the 50m lap pool, the gym, or the viewing gallery. Since moving in, we literally use every facility to the fullest. It’s also well located close to shops and eateries. Schools aren’t too far away either.

  Generous living space, and like almost all new launches in the last few years, it comes with smart home system. Land size is a massive 198,519sf.
