  Expats-friendly

  Seems like expats would enjoy living here because it has so many amenities - shopping, cafes, schools, hospitals. Nice place to start if it's their first time in Singapore

  Cliche condo name

  Developers chose to give this condo a fancy Japanese name to up its appeal. Apart from its cliche name, it has good accessibility to town while maintaining privacy for its residents. One of my top picks
