  Rare Gem with Good and Nice Living Environmen

  This is a 999 year leasehold well maintained property is as good as a freehold. It consists of a gym, BBQ pits, 1 main ground level swimming pool and another smaller lap pool at the rooftop that you can enjoy a panoramic view overseeing all the landed houses. Looking at their 635 sqft ( 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and a Utility Room) included 2 balconies which is very rare and it is just a good decent size for young couple and small families. Even from the lowest floor (2nd floor) to top is bright and windy as you can find birds singing at all time. There are also ample of parking slots with both ground floor and basement. From the rear gate, it walks only around 10 mins to Kovan MRT/Heartland Mall/Hawker centre. Overall, this is a nice environment for both own stay and expats rentals.

  The 431-463sf 1 bed room units can be an attractive proposition considering it is low quantum, low density, low rise, 999 leasehold and not too far walk(12 minutes) to Kovan MRT station.
