  Very noisy place which I thought very quiet

  Location is both good and bad. Good because it's near Joo Chiat, bad because so many noisy things around - there is the garbage truck 2x a day, the hotel laundry truck at 5.30am very early in the morning, the KTV clubs that has boom boom boom sound at night until closing and the escort girls shouting in the street I have to call police. This apart from the drunk old men in KTVs fighting. If your unit face the road then goodluck, no amount of noise blocking can help. Put noise cancelling headphone. Also many many mosquito, have to close window 24x7 so windows no use if always close. So many cockroach crawling inside even if many time spray. Gym not working. Pool dirty I will not swim. I got rashes after and my friends too. I will move out after my rent contract. I can find better place.

  Better off elsewhere

  Condo is poorly maintained. MA is not really responsive for requests - to fix broken things in the condo, booking of BBQ Pit, request for car decal etc. So frustrating. The quality of the condo building is poor, there are cracks on the wall, ceiling and floor and water seepage in the roof and windows that are just covered by paint. Location is far from MRT and only one bus stop nearby that has 15 mins interval. Good only if you have car. VERY VERY NOISY - the KTVs nearby, Vietnamese girls fighting at midnight, drunk people fighting, vehicles passing by and worse - the truck that drops/picks up laundry of the hotel beside at 5am in the morning with metal trolleys banging the pavement like there's lion dance on chinese new year. Complained but no reply from hotel. Junction beside is cursed.

  Accessible amenities, noisy KTV bars, acciden

  Nearby Grocery stores, variety of food choices, TCM, massage services. Too many cafes popping up. Noisy and loud KTV music. Poor intercom buzzer that may not connect directly to the unit intercom. Wet and slippery carpark floors after a heavy downpour. Recyclables not regularly collected weekly. Poor and unresponsive managing agent. Poor maintenance of gym room and broken equipment. Broken floor tiles around BBQ pit area. No proper smoking point inside estate. Poor landscaping maintenance. Irregular pool cleaning and maintenance. Frequent accident at junction of Ceylon lane and onan road. Noisy linen delivery around 4am on most days at back lane of hotel. Illegal parking outside main gate. Noisy waste truck collection at front entrance in the morning. Poor construction materials used

  Perfect choice home in D15

  Outstanding construction material, branded fittings, I find this developer one of best in Singapore. Used to stay in other developer condo in D15 by FarEast and also one in Telok Kuaru by Word Class. None of those compared to this one. Great investment choice I would say. 24 hour Supermart in walking distance and Katong Mall 112.

  Lousy Construction Qlty

  Totally agreed that the quality of this project is not up to par. The exterior looks like it is falling apart even though this is only a 2yr old project. This is an Oxley project. I am avoiding all projects of this developer certainly. Check out other projects by them such as Tyrwhitt 139 and you can find the similarity - very lousy construction quality.

  cheap interior / exterior

  The quality they used for interior and exterior is the cheapest they could have. It's noisy if you face joo chiat specially at night. Not good for investment!!!!! I'm not happy with it...... The only good thing is the amenities nearby.

  Great place to live

  We love the location with all it's local shops and restaurants around the area. Condo is very well maintained. Layout of rooms is great! Breezy and quiet rooms.

  Excellent for investment

  Guess its a good buy, at psf$670, cheapest in d15 for 3bedrooms, with quality fittings.
