  Peace and cosy

  I lived in this stunning condo located in a prime location for 2 years that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-end living experience. This property is perfectly situated near multiple MRT stations, providing easy access to all parts of the city. Additionally, the condo is located within the catchment area of several top primary schools, making it an ideal choice for families with young children. From the moment I walked into the condo, I was struck by the premium feeling that it exudes. The luxurious finishings, elegant decor, and attention to detail all come together to create a truly sophisticated living space. The condo is designed with an open concept layout that maximizes natural light and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape.

  Good place for family who want to go to good

  There are two MRT lines that can direct access to CBD, orchard and airport, there are two local top schools within 1k away from the condo, there are also korean international schools nearby. The inside is spacious and quiet, nice design.

  Incredible floor space

  The layout of this condo is very efficient. A great balance of space and practicality. All the units comes with a decent living+ dinning area, and most of the units have a well planned dry/wet kitchen design. Bedrooms are squarish and spacious. Most importantly, all the balcony sizes are just right, compared with other condos in this area. The new Stevens MRT station opened in late 2015, making it very accessible to CBD area, with just a few stop of train ride. The new Thomson line will open soon, linking Orchard and great world city with this estate. The pool is somewhat small, however it feels like a private pool in a villa--you'll be in the pool by yourself most of the time, since there're only 12 units in this project.

  Dear FB, I live at Proximo and am neighbour of Jade Garden. There is a 24hour drive in Mcdonald's, Cold Storage. Yes, to get cooked food, you would need to drive to Newton Circus. the Plus point is Jade Garden is only 6 minutes drive to Orchard Road. I agree with you about the pool, i can see it from my place. It is small.

  Pros and cons

  Pros: beautiful lounge and kitchen, superb walk-in wardrobe, basically the size of appartments is great. Cons: the pool is excuse of a pool, no possibility to even rest around it. No other facility. The condo is not walking distance to any convenient amenity, or food, shopping etc. must rely on bus or car.
