It is located in a very convenient location. U can balance your city living life and outdoor activity. Few MRT stations to Orchid and downtown, rail corridor and Bukit Timah reservoir are just besides you. Loft units design with very good ventilation and bright. Two bed rooms facing the main road are quiet when u close the double-grazed windows. Ground floor living rooms and master room are quiet all days.

Jardin: not so hidden gem; spacious, bright,
Amazing value for money, with psf 20% cheaper than neighboring units. Most apartments are duplex, with luxurious fixtures, marble flooring, and wood trim. Bright floor to ceiling (2 stories high) living area window faces north in every single unit, so you get non-direct light all day. Proximity to 2 main roads means that groceries and restaurants abound, yet the sound can barely be noticed from indoors. Quasi-backyard area is a great play area, and the rooftop infinity swimming pool, 2/3 of the length of the entire apartment, rivals that of 5 star hotels. Close to many private schools and some of the best public schools too. The cherry on top is that it's freehold! Jardin is a gem hidden in broad daylight.
I have a friend who lives here and I visit her often. The rooftop deck is great for hosting parties and stuff, but when it rains, you may have to cancel the gathering (which happened to us) because it's not fully covered

The vertical garden on the facade of the buil
The vertical garden on the facade of the building is quite an iconic sight on Dunearn Road. Price wise, it has maintained quite well. Most facilities are located at the roof top due to the constraint

Looks nice but gonna be...
Located along such a busy road... it do not look conducive if you are looking for a serene environment. The noise and the dust is a turn off. The landscaping around the area could be a double-edge sword... time will tell whether these will be properly maintained over time. And of course, the mgmt council will need spend quite a bit on these maintenance.
