  Seems good value for money, but some concerns

  PSFT really low for River Valley ($1000). Units need renovation. Layouts a bit off, but hacking walls down a good option. Major concern: Build right above a petrol station. Concerned about health.

  Central Place near Orchard

  Very peaceful condo right near to Orchard road. Few units hence can use gym, pool anytime all for yourself !!! being central easy to travel, close to shopping areas.

  Fantastic place

  Near Embassy, safe and quiet. No noisy kids, quiet. Supermarket and eateries across the road, convenient. Near bus stops and MRT stations, cabs are easy to flag, convenient. Most important of all, near the vibrant night scenes in Singapore and my work place in the CBD, fantastic! I stay here and I love the place! :)

  Good

  Attractive psf compared to other D9/D10. Also give high rental yield due to good location. Good investment.

  Excellent location!

  Excellent place, sitting between quiet Jervois area of GCB and vibrant area of River Valley. Reasonably priced and command good rental yield. Project is not too crowded too. 24hours guard with security pass required to enter the condo. Entrance is at the end of Jervois Close road. Exclusive entrance! Extremely safe! Side gate allows you to jog along the Singapore River. Decent pool and gym as well. Most important of all, it is extremely convenient. Near town, CBD and Valley Point Shopping Centre is just across the road with nice restaurants (especially good Japanese restaurants).
