  Good Size spacious Units

  1 MRT can be reached within 750 meters namely Farrer Park. If you walk a little further down, there are 3 more MRTs within 1km namely Farrer Park, Little India and Novena. Very convenient Central living with good amenities nearby. Supermarkets, Shopping centres, Medical centres. Food places. Love it.

  Jia - Poor management

  It was a great development a few years ago, however, the management has under-spend on normal maintenance. The lift is always under repair. Mosquito fogging and 24 hours security also disappeared.
