Beautiful Condo
Peaceful with a well-maintained garden, this condominium is spacious with a unique layout and cosy feel. Full of greenery and well-maintained trees and patches of gardening adorn the sidewalk.

Great for making a home
I read the earlier review and disagree completely. This development was built in the 1980s, but is very well maintained. It is very convenient yet quiet, and the space within the units and in the common areas is big (especially compared to the newer developments). It is a one minute walk from East Coast Road, with supermarkets less than a kilometer away.

Unlikely to Enbloc
I seen this development and made a calculation based on the current build up, if any agent tells you there is enbloc potential, please ask him how he calculate the enbloc value? Based on the last transacted price, there is no way developer will pay that price even for collective sales, investor need to do home work. For those own stay buyer, prepapre to folk out a few ten of thousands if not hundred thousands to renovate the whole place. Interior is run down.
