  Kentview Park

  Located on the quiet Pasir Panjang Hill(its really a slope so don't worry it is not too inconveniently high up) this freehold development has 48 unit and as it was completed around 1994, the architectural design is not as modern. Buildings without too much glass like Kentview can actually be very cosy and charming

  Kentview Review

  The Apartment block looks like it was recently painted so looks decent. Good for those who like the quiet life and of course those who drive. Its on a hill so not many in Singapore.

  nice view but...

  old apartment, builidng not impressive. a few units have nice sea view. quiet place but not for those that dont drive or hate a steep climb up the hill especially not for elderly and high-heeled shoes. good buy if it is 30% below psf of nearby developments.
