  quiet oasis

  The property is unlike other condos where its mass market with hundreds of units and limited privacy. Outer units have good privacy and concept design is very Meditteran. Property is quiet and bed rooms are large and roomy. Only set back is small kitchen but thr roof terrace and lower garden makes up for lots of outdoor dinning opportunities. An interesting bespoke property for those who like quietness and serenity.

  Kew Residencia

  Poor Development Near Chinese Temple Swim Pool at One Corner. Layour of development is poor. Near Roads - Noisy (not meant for Landed Living) Facade is dirty and not managed well.

  Not worth buying

  Not a good place for staying. and investment. Whole places was so hot and no wind due to design. With such a small kitchen and hall can't put a sofa set.

  Kew Residencia

  Very interesting development. Show apartments facing Bedok South Road are the best facing. They have a granny room in the basement with small kitchen, bathroom and garden attached. 37 units in this development so only pool and small gym but all the units have a very "landed house" feel. Small park in front of the condo. Cold storage is a 5 minute walk from the condo. Prices are still low in this are so very good time to buy. District 16 but really feels like distrcit 15 as it is only 2 mins by car/bus to Siglap Centre(Hollan Village of the East). 12 minute walk to Tanah Merah MRT and the rumour is that an MRT or LRT will be coming up in 3 min from Kew in the next 3 years. If you are tired of the usual small box condos and want a town house feel with nice neighbours and a kid friendly envirnment to play in, Kew Residencia is worth checking out.
