  Noisy estate

  Because of the eateries downstairs and nearby, there are so many people here day in and out. End up residents cannot live peacefully, and have to deal with the noise and jammed roads

  Recommended for expats

  Living here is great because you can get great food anytime. Would recommend it for expats because they can experience sg culture while being a short distance away from town

  Old development with great location

  Doesn't look appealing from the exterior because it's an old development. But the location is great: near MRT, lots of nice eateries, supper spots, supermarket, and education centres nearby if you have kids
