  Hidden Gem

  Freehold, peaceful and not noisy. Management, Concierge and Security folks are very helpful and friendly. Love this place

  Sitting in Newton Road, next to Orchard Road makes this property exclusive. High quality development by WingTai, excellent interior with Miele appliances. Nearby International & branded local school.

  Hidden Gem!

  Recently came and viewed this place. nice , quiet and luxurious condo. It seems hidden beside the church and very near to bus stop. View from the top floor is amazing and good for hosting gatherings.

  It's got potential

  Pleasantly surprised. Good central location -- two MRT stations and bus stop in front and crossroad (not overbridge). But not right in the middle of busy Orchard Road area either. North faces landed properties so presume higher floors will have unblocked view. One bedder in good size -- not a mickey mouse flat. Wing Tai is a known quality. Price? On the high side compared with Newton One (less noisier though due to traffic). But competitive against Hamilton, Laurels and Espada. DPS also a plus and can't be ignored. Like the tennis court and pool layout. There you have it ---
