Everytime I step into Serangoon, the constant busy vibe overwhelms me. I used to stay in the suburban areas, so a bustling city is always too much to handle. This is especially true during peak hours and on weekends in popular shopping malls. I love the warmth of the heartlands though, so La Belle offers a good balance of both worlds. The units are very private as the condo is tiny. Being near the Serangoon MRT station means one can quickly head home after rush hour to clear their head. WFH is ideal as it is usually quiet. Commuting to and from work is also convenient. Won’t really encounter people at the jacuzzi thanks to the low-density setup. A superb low-key but well-connected living space.

La Belle offers prime living in a family-frie
It’s true that La Belle is considered to be priced at a premium, for what it offers in a neighbourhood with available public housing. A 4-bedroom unit can cost up to $3M here and the facilities are not extensive.
